No single procedure suits everyone. Five factors decide your plan, and all of them are measured during your free eligibility check.
Low to moderate myopia usually suits SMILE Pro or LASIK. Very high powers are often safer with ICL or a lens exchange.
Detailed corneal mapping tells us how much tissue can safely be reshaped. Thin or irregular corneas are directed to PRK or ICL.
Under 40, laser correction targets distance vision. Over 40, Presbyond or a refractive lens exchange also addresses reading vision.
Contact sports, defence and police roles, night driving and long screen hours all influence which procedure we recommend.
Dry eye, keratoconus suspicion, retinal weakness or early cataract change the plan — and sometimes make surgery inadvisable.
| Feature | SMILE Pro | LASIK | ICL |

| Reversible | No | No | Yes — the lens can be removed |
The right procedure depends on your eye health, prescription, corneal measurements, age and lifestyle. Your doctor will recommend the most suitable option after a detailed eligibility assessment.
Advanced technology, experienced refractive surgeons and complete eye care — all under one roof.
Our Calicut surgical hub runs the Ai-enabled Zeiss VisuMax 800 for SMILE Pro and the Zeiss MEL 90 excimer laser for LASIK, PRK and Presbyond.
Because we offer all seven procedures, the recommendation you receive is based on your eyes — not on the one machine a centre happens to own.
Your evaluation, surgery and follow-up are handled by surgeons who perform vision correction routinely, not occasionally.
A no-obligation screening at Perinthalmanna, Calicut, Kannur or Chennai tells you whether you are a candidate and which option fits.
Surgery happens at our Calicut hub, while consultations and follow-up visits can be done at the branch nearest you.
Cornea, retina, glaucoma and cataract specialists are all in-house, so anything found during screening is managed here.
The cost of vision correction surgery in Kerala depends on the procedure, the technology used and your spectacle power. Laser procedures such as LASIK and PRK sit at the lower end, SMILE Pro and Presbyond in the middle, and lens-based options such as ICL and Refractive Lens Exchange at the higher end because the implanted lens is custom-ordered for your eye.
Prices are approximate and may vary depending on your prescription, eye condition and treatment plan. The final cost will be confirmed after your eligibility evaluation.
